| Communist clinic provides medical aid to Al-Sadr (Thawra) City residents in Baghdad
The mobile Communist Clinic, of the Iraqi Communist Party, visited the area of Jawadir in Al-Sadr (Thawra) City in Baghdad on Monday 5 May 2008. The solidarity initiative was aimed at providing medical aid to the residents of this district who are living under difficult living and security conditions. The clinic set up a tent and received 246 citizens, mostly women and children. The patients were given medical tests and free medications, with some patients being referred to hospital. |
